James further honed his strategic and operational expertise in a senior role at ITT Corporation’s Fluid Handling business. For seven years, he owned and operated multiple Safeguard Franchises, specializing in print and promotional products and services. This entrepreneurial experience enriches his legal practice, enabling him to understand the practical realities and challenges faced by his clients. As a Managing Partner at MPL Law Firm, James leverages his broad business background and legal acumen to guide clients through complex mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and other critical business transactions. His depth of knowledge allows him to craft legal strategies that align with his clients’ business objectives, delivering effective legal solutions to mitigate risk and maximize value.
