Jeffrey W. Ross, Esq., is a life-time resident of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He is a 2005 graduate of The University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a 2000 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, majoring in History and Political Science. Attorney Ross became an associate with Harold Shepley & Associates, LLC, in May 2007. Mr. Ross is admitted practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. U.S. District Court for the Western and Middle District. He is also a member of Bankruptcy Inn of Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Ross practices in the area of bankruptcy and also works in the debt negotiation branch.
