Jessica A. Kubisiak

Jessica A. Kubisiak is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department. Ms. Kubisiak's practice involves complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. She also handles cases involving title litigation, contract disputes, and landlord-tenant matters. Ms. Kubisiak has prior experience representing clients in construction cases, including structural defect disputes; breach of contract actions; and the prosecution and defense of surety bond claims.
