Jill Weikert Esq.

Offering a wide range of experience, Jill has been practicing law for over a decade in both state and Federal courts. She has litigated a variety of cases including commercial disputes, breach of contract actions, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage disputes, mechanics’ lien claims, and construction disputes. In addition to commercial litigation, Jill’s experience includes representing individuals who have been injured by the negligence or recklessness of another. She has handled numerous accident cases involving cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles, premises liability claims, and defective products. Jill is focused on empowering her clients through honest communication and education. She enjoys putting her problem-solving skills to use and researching every angle of the law to craft innovative arguments in support of her clients.
