Josette Spivak

Ms. Spivak focuses her practice on defending clients in products liability and toxic tort matters in both federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Ms. Spivak has defended a wide range of business entities from sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies. She has prepared and argued dispositive motions, as well as participated in alternative dispute resolution and appeals on behalf of her clients. Ms. Spivak has also managed several complex multi-jurisdictional caseloads for clients involved in asbestos, silica, and latex allergy litigation. Additionally, Ms. Spivak has experience defending general liability claims including personal injury and professional liability claims. Ms. Spivak completed her undergraduate studies in English Textual Studies and History at Syracuse University. Ms. Spivak attended Seton Hall University School of Law where she served on the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board and represented indigent clients with physical and mental disabilities through the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Disability Law Clinic. After graduating law school, Ms. Spivak clerked for the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic County.
