Joshua A. Gray

Joshua A. Gray is a Partner in the Harrisburg Office. Mr. Gray devotes his practice to the defense of workers’ compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators. He has obtained victories for insurance carriers, self-insured entities and third-party administrators in claim, penalty, reinstatement, review, termination, suspension and modification petitions in the Central and Eastern Pennsylvania area. In 2006, Mr. Gray was recognized by the publishers of Philadelphia magazine and the Pennsylvania edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a “Rising Star,” an honor given to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the Commonwealth who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years of less. Mr. Gray was named in the “Workers’ Compensation” practice area. Mr. Gray has given multiple presentations on workers’ compensation claims handling, exposure reduction and effect of changing caselaw on employers and insurers.
