Attorney Kelvin L. Morris has represented clients in multiple counties throughout western Pennsylvania. Attorney Morris is an alumnus of Radford University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science. He later furthered his education by obtaining a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Attorney Morris is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
