Kevin Brett

Kevin Brett is a partner at Frank Gale Bails & Pocrass. Kevin’s practice is focused on complex family law litigation, including equitable distribution, support, and custody. He has also litigated numerous, non-family matters, including complex estate matters, partition of real estate and guardianships. His clients appreciate his diligent and calculated approach when pursuing their best result. Kevin was recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest in 2022. He was also selected as a member of the 2020-2021 Allegheny County Bar Association Leadership Initiative Class. He is an active member of the Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He previously served on the Allegheny County Bar Association Family Law Division Council and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section Legislative Committee.
