Kristin L. Rice

Attorney Kristin Rice founded Wolfe, Rice and Quinn, LLC with her husband John A. Wolfe in 1986. In 2003, she became a full-time Assistant Public Defender for Adams County and served as Chief Public Defender from 2011 until her retirement at the end of 2022. As a Public Defender, Attorney Rice has represented thousands of criminal defendants, and has represented individuals charged with offenses ranging from DUI to homicide. She is "death-penalty qualified", meaning she is recognized as having the skill and experience necessary to handle death-penalty cases. She has now returned to private practice to serve those charged with crimes in the Adams County area.
