Krystal J. MacIntyre

Krystal MacIntyre grew up in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, along with a Public and Professional Writing Certificate. Afterwards, Krystal moved to Carlisle, Pennsylvania and attended the Penn State Dickinson School of Law where she worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the law school's Family Law Clinic. Krystal earned the Eric D. Turner Award for her work at the Clinic, and the Miller Center Public Interest Award for her dedication throughout law school to public interest work and serving the lower-income community. Shortly after graduating law school in 2010, Krystal passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam and was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Since that time, Krystal has focused her practice on representing disabled and injured individuals in Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, and Personal Injury matters. Since 2016, Krystal has been certified as a specialist by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section of Workers' Compensation. She is an active member of the Franklin County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice, as well as the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives.
