Kyle Cosoleto

Kyle T. Cosoleto-Miller is a Bloomsburg, PA native. He joined the firm in 2023. Kyle is a 2017 graduate of Bloomsburg University (now Commonwealth University of Bloomsburg) with a degree in Social Work. He then obtained a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2022, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in the Fall of 2022. During law school, Kyle assisted elderly clients as a certified legal intern in the Elder Law Clinic. He was able to help clients in need plan for their future by drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other essential estate planning documents. After law school, he worked as an associate attorney at a Pittsburgh-based litigation firm, gaining valuable litigation experience. Kyle’s practice areas include estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, civil litigation, personal injury, and real estate. Kyle has been a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard since 2019. He currently serves as an artillery sergeant. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys exercising, cooking, hiking and camping, target shooting, and spending time with his loving wife, Erin.
