Larry Scott Auerbach, CPA-PFS, J.D., LL.M. (Taxation), MBA has over 40 years extensive experience in the areas of tax law and accounting, estates, trusts, and business matters. He has a special interest in areas of estate planning using living trusts, income tax planning, nursing home and asset protection. Mr. Auerbach, a practicing attorney and Certified Public Accountants, is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Probate and Trust section and Tax Law section; the American Bar Association Probate and Trust and Taxation sections; the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Institutes for Certified Public Accountants; and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Taxation and Personal Financial Planning sections. He is a charter member of Wealth Counsel, a member of Elder Counsel, a member of the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Trust Counselors Network. He received a certificate for completing the eight course series in Estate Planning from the Pennsylvania Bar Association and two certificates of educational achievement from the AICPA in the areas of Personal Financial Planning and Business & Tax Planning. He is one of the few Certified Public Accountants in the United States who has received the AICPA certification as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). In addition, Mr. Auerbach has recently completed the course of studies to obtain an Estate Planning certificate from Temple University Law School. He has a special interest in areas of estate planning using living trusts, income tax planning, and Medicaid long term care asset protection. Mr. Auerbach, a practicing attorney in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and Certified Public Accountant, is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Probate and Trust section and Tax Law section; the Pennsylvania Institute for Certified Public Accountants; New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants; the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Taxation and Personal Financial Planning sections, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA); the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA). . He received a certificate in Estate Planning from the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and two certificates of educational achievement from the AICPA in the areas of Personal Financial Planning and Business & Tax Planning.
