Leah M. Stump

Mrs. Leah M. Stump-Lesley, Esq. has been an associate at Harold Shepley & Associates since 2004. She is a 2000 graduate of Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. She is also a 2004 graduate of Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Stump-Lesley is admitted to the Bar in the state of Pennsylvania, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
