Linda S. Judson

Linda S. Judson received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Duquesne University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ms. Judson focuses her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims. She represents a wide array of clients, including national corporations and small, locally-owned businesses, in the hospitality, trucking, and retail industries, among others. She practices at both the local and appellate level. Prior to joining Berman Voss, Ms. Judson practiced workers’ compensation law at a large regional defense firm.
