Marshall A. Haislup III

Marshall A. Haislup III received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Temple University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science from Slippery Rock University where he graduated with honors. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Haislup concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation defense litigation. Prior to joining Berman Voss, Mr. Haislup was a partner and litigated workers’ compensation cases for three decades at a large regional defense firm, where he also supervised and trained associates. Mr. Haislup is a member of the workers’ compensation section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the workers’ compensation section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Haislup has been named as one of Philadelphia’s Top Rated Workers’ Compensation Lawyers in ALM Publications.
