Mary Kay Gaver

Ms. Gaver is a partner in MacElree Harvey's West Chester office and a member of the firm's Business Law Practice Group. Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Maryland, Ms. Gaver represents lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions, including asset based lending and transactions involving the acquisition and development of real property. She regularly counsels partnerships, LLC's and corporations on strategic and tactical issues ranging from formation to meeting the daily challenges of operations. She advises clients in transition planning, including the drafting and negotiation of buy sell and asset purchase agreements. Ms. Gaver has experience providing guidance to national banks and state licensed lenders on state and federal laws and regulations governing both commercial lending and consumer finance transactions. She advises lenders on the development of credit policies, loan documentation and servicing practices and develops policies and documents that create transactional efficiencies and minimize risk. Ms. Gaver is a member of the American Bar Association (Business Law Section), the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association.
