Matthew B. Esslinger

MATTHEW P. ESSLINGER practice involves representing insurance companies and self insured employers in workers compensation. He handles all aspects of claims including claim petitions, termination petitions, and modification and suspension petitions. He also handles the appellate aspects of the workers' compensation matters and has received favorable decisions before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and the Commonwealth Court. Prior to joining Swartz Campbell, Mr. Esslinger worked at the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. Mr Esslinger earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law.
