About Nicholas A. Barna
Nick Barna is the founding attorney of Barna Law, a firm of four attorneys focusing on Trusts and Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Real Estate, and Nursing Home Asset Preservation Planning, founded in 1971. Nick grew up in Waymart, Pennsylvania, before moving to the Damascus and Honesdale areas of Wayne County. While Nick started in general practice and previously served as the District Attorney of Wayne County, as his firm has grown, he has narrowed his focus to the firm’s current practice areas. Over the years, he has overseen countless estate planning and estate administration files. Nick is an active member of his church, the Tabernacle Bible Church, and he actively supports and serves within a number of non-profit organizations operating within Northeastern Pennsylvania.
