Paige Britton

Paige Britton graduated Magna Cum Laude from Drexel University's Kline School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to practice in the State Courts of Pennsylvania. She specializes in immigration matters, including family petitions, asylum applications, and removal proceedings. Ms. Britton is admitted to practice before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and is able to represent clients before the Immigration Court in all 50 states. While a student at Drexel, Ms. Britton interned with the Department of Homeland Security's attorneys in Philadelphia, gaining insight into the government's position on cases. Ms. Britton has successfully represented clients in immigration court asylum hearings and interviews with the Asylum Office in Newark, NJ. Ms. Britton is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves as Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Chapter's Pro Bono Committee. Ms. Britton is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations. Before attending law school, Ms. Britton volunteered for three years as an advocate for unrepresented Protection From Abuse (PFA) plaintiffs at the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. Ms. Britton is capable in both Spanish and French. Ms. Britton has a BA in English from Haverford College and a MEd in Special Education from Millersville University. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Ms. Britton taught elementary school in Lancaster County and home schooled her two children through high school. Ms. Britton brings her experience of individualized learning in educational settings to her work with clients, ensuring that each person receives thoughtful and excellent care over the course of their immigration cases.
