Richard A. Keefe

Richard A. Keefe is a member of the Firm's Corporate, Business & Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate Groups. Using his more than forty years of experience advising clients through tax-related issues and business transactions, Mr. Keefe's practice is focused on guiding clients on acquisitions and dispositions, tax-favored transactions, partnership and other pass-through structuring, tax benefit maximization and adverse tax consequence minimization. Previously, Mr. Keefe has worked as a Director and Principal of Manhattan-based investment banking firms and a partner at a larger, New York-based law firm.
