Shoshana Savett

Ms. Savett is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on complex class actions. Throughout her career, she has represented investors in securities fraud class actions, consumers in cases involving unlawful and deceptive practices, retirement plan participants in class actions alleging ERISA violations, and employees whose wages have been unlawfully withheld in class and collective actions. Ms. Savett earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2024 and her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003. She is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 2003. In recognition of her work, Ms. Savett was named a “Super Lawyer” in Pennsylvania for Class and Mass Tort Litigation in 2024 and 2025, and she was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2014 – 2017. • Avant v. VXL Enterprises LLC (N.D. Ca. 2021) – $1.2 million settlement in wage claim alleging underpayment due to misclassification as independent contractors.
