Steven E. "Tim" Riley Jr.

Attorney Tim Riley is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1991. He is a past President of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association) and was the 2011 recipient of that organization's Milton D. Rosenberg Award for his devotion to injured victims, qualities of leadership, and service to the organization. He is a former member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He previously served in the PBA's House of Delegates and as Chair of the PBA's Judicial Evaluation Commission, which evaluates candidates for the state appellate judiciary. A past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Erie County Bar Association, Tim has been listed since 2005 by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2008. His practice is concentrated in wrongful death and serious personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents and medical negligence suits and commercial litigation.
