Steven T. Williams

As an experienced civil trial lawyer, Mr. Williams has successfully represented a wide variety of clients in complex civil and business litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Mr. Williams represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death claims including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents (he is an experienced rider), trucking accidents, slip-and-falls, boating and maritime claims and insurance coverage disputes. He has significant experience with design, manufacturing and warning claims against the suppliers of personal, industrial and recreational products (including watercraft), as well as claims involving design professionals, contractors/subcontractors and owners in construction litigation. Mr. Williams has extensive experience as a trusted advisor and vigorous advocate for all aspects of the restaurant and bar industry, including liquor licensing. He routinely represents clients in business and partnership disputes, contracts, and commercial and residential real estate litigation. Mr. Williams is well versed in both federal and state laws pertaining to firearms, and has been consulted by both the private and public sectors for his expertise. Mr. Williams serves as an arbitrator and mediator in both court-appointed and private arbitrations and mediations.
