Timothy A. Sullivan III

Mr. Sullivan has been a member of the Delaware bar since 2006 and has managed Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba's Delaware office since 2010. He has experience in toxic tort defense, premises liability defense, general casualty defense, as well as in commercial litigation. Mr. Sullivan has participated in numerous oral arguments in the Delaware Superior Court and the Delaware and Eastern Federal District Courts and has successfully argued before the Delaware Supreme Court. In addition to managing the Delaware office and practice, Mr. Sullivan also represents clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in order to provide a Mid-Atlantic representation for clients in toxic tort matters. Mr. Sullivan has been with Wilbraham, Lawler & Buba since 2002 when he worked as a summer law clerk following his first year of law school. As a result, he has worked at all levels on behalf of clients and understands the big picture needs of vigorously defending his clients' interests. As a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Sullivan strongly believes in giving back to the community and is active in both legal and non-legal community service work. He is currently enjoying serving as a Cub Scout Den Leader to his son’s Bear Den.
