Trudy Marietta Mintz

Trudy Marietta Mintz is an attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Having attended the University of Baltimore for both her undergraduate and law degree, she was a proud recipient of the Early Entry Jurisprudence scholarship and graduated with high honors. Ms. Marietta Mintz has been a practicing attorney since 2007. Ms. Marietta Mintz focuses her practice on Family Law including the areas of Grandparents’ Rights, Fathers’ Rights, and other complex situations. She is aware that every family has their unique challenges and is committed to the long-term success of child custody and divorce arrangements. Her goal is to leave each client with a workable plan that will carry the family into a more positive future with the best interest of the child protected. Ms. Marietta Mintz also practices Criminal Law and prides herself on obtaining just results for her clients. Especially in the area of DUI, she is keenly aware of the impact on the lives of her clients following an arrest. Any arrest is stressful and she works to reduce that stress while providing a vigorous defense for her client.
