Wesley J. Hurst

Wesley J. Hurst is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation & Trial practice group. As a commercial litigator, he primarily helps businesses and business owners navigate regulatory compliance, business law, and landlord/tenant matters, as well as Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement violations. He is adept at recommending practical and long-term solutions, as well as communicating clearly with his clients. Prior to joining FLB, Mr. Hurst was a solo legal practitioner in the Philadelphia area. He also served as Assistant Enforcement Counsel for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board – Office of Enforcement, overseeing casino conduct matters and licensing agreements, appearing frequently before the Board’s Office of Hearings and Appeals.
