William D. Auxer

William D. Auxer, a principal of the firm, is a member of the Construction Law and Environmental Law Departments. Mr. Auxer, who is also a civil engineer, concentrates his practice in construction law, public contracting and environmental law. His practice includes negotiating and drafting construction contracts and other construction related agreements, and negotiation and drafting of buyer/seller agreements and other environmental related agreements. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Auxer worked as a civil engineer in the environmental construction field. Mr. Auxer served as a design consultant on several environmental construction projects. He also served as a project manager where he was responsible for estimating, bidding, planning, scheduling, and managing large budgeted environmental construction projects. Mr. Auxer is on the Professional Development Faculty at Penn State-Abington where he teaches courses on construction contracts. He is also on the faculty for Lorman Educational Services, providing seminars relating to construction law.
