Arnaldo Villamil

Mr. Villamil has nearly sixty years of experience in the law. He is engaged primarily in Real Estate Law and in general corporate practice. He has been actively engaged in the multiple facets of industrial and commercial real estate developments such as land acquisitions, governmental permits, leasing, purchase and sale contracts, financings, and negotiations with public agencies. He presently represents several U.S. retail chains and shopping center owners.
