About Nikos Buxeda
Mr. Buxeda-Ferrer is experienced in drafting and negotiating documentation related to complex corporate and securities law transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private placements, project finance, public-private partnerships, preferred stock issuances, the organization of Puerto Rico mutual funds, debt issuances, debt restructurings and loan financings.
