John F. Cascione

John F. Cascione has been litigating workers' compensation cases since 1986 when he was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. He was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1989 and has been litigating workers' compensation cases since that time. He has been an attorney at Coia & Lepore, Ltd. since 1995. John is a cum laude graduate of Boston College and earned his law degree cum laude at Suffolk University Law School. He was a volunteer Judge on Roger Williams School of Law Moot Court competition. John is a well-respected leader in the area of Workers' compensation and is dedicated to obtaining the best possible result for his clients. He has successfully navigated injured employees through what can be an overwhelming process for the past 35 years. In addition, he handles Social Security disability matters with compassion and understanding.
