Rachel Karns Kerrison

Rachel K. Kerrison was born and raised in Southern New England. She graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2003 with a Bachelors Degree in marketing. She later attended Roger Williams University Law School where she received her law degree in 2007. Rachel is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars as well as admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Rachel is also a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ), the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Newport County Bar Association. Her practice areas include wills and trusts, real estate, Social Security Disability and personal injury, and she works on a contingency fee basis (no fee unless successful). Rachel thoroughly enjoys getting to know each client and spends time familiarizing herself with her clients' needs. Buying or selling a home, the birth of a child or the death of a parent all create the need for representation. Additionally, Rachel understands how important her clients' Social Security Disability claims are and that most need to be approved to have the financial support to be able to afford the basic necessities for life. Rachel has helped many clients obtain Social Security Disability, including clients with arthritis, back injuries, depression and even rare skin disorders.
