Timothy Lynch

Timothy P. Lynch is an Associate Attorney with Marasco & Nesselbush. Attorney Lynch is a member of the Personal Injury Division of the Firm. He brings energy and enthusiasm to serving the firm's medical malpractice and personal injury clients. He provides direction and strategy for cases through all phases of litigation. Attorney Lynch is a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. Prior to joining Marasco & Nesselbush, Attorney Lynch served as a judicial intern for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Thereafter, he entered the field of civil litigation, working for a Boston-based firm. He graduated cum laude from Northeastern University and magna cum laude from New England School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He is admitted to the practice of law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the United States District Court.
