Benjamin A. Stitely

Ben attended the University of Florida and graduated with honors receiving degrees In Political Science and Economics in 2003. He attended law school in Virginia at the University of Richmond School of Law, graduating in 2006. While In law school, Ben clerked with the Virginia Office of the Capital Defender and with the Virginia indigent defense commission. Ben became a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2006. Ben is a member of the Lexington Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association and South Carolina Association for Justice. Ben focuses on matters of criminal law, traffic cases, personal injury, pardons, post-conviction relief, criminal appeals and Civil litigation.
