Brittney Farish Jones

A native of Murrells Inlet, Brittney Farish Jones graduated from the College of Charleston, Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts in English. During her undergraduate career, she was inducted into the English honor society Sigma Tau Delta, and was recognized for her leadership and philanthropic achievements. Brittney went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2011. While in law school, Brittney was elected two years in a row as a Representative of the Student Bar Association and, in her third year, elected as Secretary of the Student Bar Association. Brittney was also a contributor for the Children's Law Externship and was recognized as a Student Attorney for the University's Non Profit Organizations Legal Clinic. Brittney is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Horry County Bar Association, Georgetown County Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, South Carolina Women's Law Association and Coastal Women's Law Association. Her areas of practice have included Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Foreclosure Litigation and Personal Injury. Brittney is a member of Belin United Methodist Church. She enjoys reading, going to the beach, yoga and especially loves spending time with her husband and their daughter whom they welcomed in 2015.
