David Hartman

David Hartman grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, but now lives in Greenville with his wife and sons. David and his family are members of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Greenville. He has eight years of litigation experience and was previously a prosecutor in Pickens County. David also has prior experience representing insurance companies, which gives him a better understanding of the process, now that he fights those same companies for his clients. David is also a passionate fan of the Washington Redskins. David represents clients with personal injuries and workers compensation claims. David is a member of the South Carolina Bar’s Ethics Committee and Professional Responsibility Committee. He is also volunteer at Upstate Mediation Center, where he is a member of the marketing committee.
