About James R. Battle II
James grew up in Conway, South Carolina. He attended boarding school at Woodberry Forest School in Virginia and then attended the University of South Carolina Honors College, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communication. Immediately thereafter he attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. After law school James returned home and worked for three years with the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office. Since 2008 James has worked for the Battle Law Firm, LLC. James and his wife Nora Hembree, of Little River, South Carolina, live in Conway and enjoy visiting with their families and friends in the small town community.
