Jane S. Ruschky

Jane S. Ruschky is a consumer bankruptcy attorney primarily representing debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. Jane is a Columbia, SC, native. She obtained her B.A. in 1999 from the University of South Carolina and her J.D. in 2002 from the USC School of Law. Jane began her legal career at the 5th Circuit Solicitor's Office, which covers Richland and Kershaw Counties. While there, she focused primarily on drug prosecution. Jane began practicing bankruptcy law in 2007. Jane is an active member of her community, being a member of the Junior League of Columbia and singing in her church choir. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyers Association.
