Civil litigation attorney, Kelly Burnside is the founding owner of Burnside Law Firm, LLC, in West Columbia, South Carolina. She then decided to pursue her legal studies, enrolled at the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2013. Licensed to practice in South Carolina since 2014, she has dedicated her career to fighting for the justice that her injured and oppressed clients deserve. Rooted in South Carolina, Ms. Burnside is an attorney well-known for her legal research skills and litigation tactics. She works to ensure that her clients who are victims of the negligent acts of others get the financial independence that they require to move on with their lives.
