M. Todd Rainsford

Todd was born in Columbia, South Carolina, on June 13, 1974. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina (B.A., 1997) and the University of South Carolina School of Law (J.D., 2001), where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi and Vice-President of the Law Democrats. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2001, and the United States District Court, District of South Carolina in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Todd clerked for the Honorable John C. Hayes, III of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the Charleston County Bar, South Carolina Bar, and American Bar Association. His areas of practice include products liability, personal injury, collection litigation, and toxic torts.
