Timothy A. Nowacki

Timothy A. Nowacki is a trial attorney and a 2011 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. He is admitted to practice law in South Carolina and Indiana. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable John G. Baker of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Mr. Nowacki concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Nowacki earned his bachelor's degree in political science magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2004. Before attending law school, Tim was commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force, serving four years on active duty. He was stationed in South Korea and Germany, and was deployed to Iraq. He rose to the rank of Captain, earning a Joint Forces Commendation Medal, an Air Force Commendation Medal, and an Air Force Achievement Medal. He is a distinguished graduate of the Air Force's Intelligence Officer School.
