Will Davis

Will is a graduate of Greenville High School (2007), Presbyterian College, BA (2011), Charleston School of Law, JD (2014). While in law school, Will was a member of the Federal Courts Law Review and named as a Medical University of South Carolina Presidential Scholar. Will’s practice focuses solely on litigation. He routinely appears in Federal Court, State Circuit Court, and Family Court. Will is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit. He represents individuals and small businesses prosecuting complex civil litigation matters. Recently, Will was recognized by The National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 Under 40” as one of the top Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in South Carolina under the age of 40 years-old.
