
About Betty L. Campbell
Betty Campbell, associate in the Memphis office, concentrates her practice in litigation. Ms. Campbell has represented clients in a wide variety of tort litigation in federal and state court, including professional malpractice, medical malpractice defense, long term care defense, insurance defense, negligence, personal injury, product liability, and premises liability. She has gained significant experience as a member of trial team(s) that have successfully settled numerous medical malpractice and negligence claims, and as second chair of the trial team that recently obtained a complete defense verdict in a six-day medical malpractice lawsuit. Ms. Campbell's experience further includes general business litigation and commercial litigation in both federal and state court, including breach of contract, fraud, intellectual property, trade secrets, as well as other general business litigation. She has also gained significant experience in family law, representing a number of clients in a variety of settings, including mediation, hearings before divorce referee, and hearings in state court.
