Brady Smith

Brady D. Smith was born in Reston, Virginia and raised in Mount Airy, Maryland where he graduated from Mount Airy Christian Academy. Upon receiving a cross country scholarship, he attended Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a concentration on Law. He attended Lincoln Memorial Duncan School of Law during the height of the pandemic in 2020 and graduated in 2023. Mr. Smith joined the Garza Law Firm in the summer of 2022 as an extern and has been with the firm ever since. At Garza Law, he has worked on a wide variety of criminal cases and has spent most of his concentration on criminal law. In his spare time, Mr. Smith enjoys cross country running, traveling to new places, and watching college football. Mr. Smith has also won a variety of awards ranging from a Governor’s Citation from the State of Maryland for reaching the rank of Eagle Scout in 2016, to the most outstanding underclassman award in Political Science in 2018, to a plaque for an 8th place finish from the Knoxville Covenant Marathon 5k race in 2023.
