Brendan M. Walsh

BRENDAN M. WALSH is an Associate in the Knoxville, Tennessee office of the Firm, joining in August of 2023, after working for the Firm for the prior three years as a clerk. His law practice includes an emphasis on general liability and insurance defense, workers’ compensation defense, employment law, and general civil practice. Brendan spent the majority of his lifetime in New York, where he attended SUNY Geneseo for three years to obtain his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance. After graduation in 2020, Brendan found a new home in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he attended the University of Tennessee, College of Law, where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2023. During law school, Brendan enrolled in courses focusing on both Transactional law as well as advocacy. He excelled in business-related courses such as Employment Law, Securities Regulation, Corporate Finance, and Contract Drafting, and additionally achieved high marks in Trial Practice, Evidence, and Civil Pre-Trial Litigation. When not working, Brendan enjoys exploring his new-found home of Tennessee, partaking in various outdoor activities, and skiing the slopes of whatever mountains he can find snow on.
