Charles B. Welch Jr.

Mr. Welch's practice concentrates in the areas of administrative law, governmental relations, commercial transactions, civil litigation, and telecommunications law. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and his Juris Doctor degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. Mr. Welch was an Assistant Shelby County Attorney from 1981 to 1997 and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Collierville from 1984 to 1998. He is a member of the Memphis, Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
