Dale Krout

Dale Krout is a first-generation plaintiff's attorney in Nashville, Tennessee. He joined the firm in 2020 after working as an Judicial Law Clerk for the Presiding Judge for the 20th Judicial District in Nashville, Tennessee. He honed his litigation skills across a broad spectrum of cases, including premise liability, complex businesses litigation, health care liability , wrongful death, and motor vehicle accidents. Dale received his B.A. in Political Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from Wake Forest University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing fantasy football, rooting for the Tennessee Titans, and spending time exploring Music City with his girlfriend and their Australian Shepherd.
