Deborah Godwin

DEBORAH GODWIN received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from the University of Michigan in 1979, and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Boston College Law School in 1982. She received her Tennessee license to practice law in 1982, and she is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits. Listed in Best Lawyers of America, Deborah is a member of the Memphis Bar Association (Employment Law Section) and American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Law Section; Committee on Developing Labor Law). She is director of the firm's ERISA law section, and her practice includes ERISA, labor law, employment law and workers' compensation law. In addition, she loves to fish.
