Jad A. Duncan

Jad A. Duncan , a Nashville and Bellevue native, attended the University of Tennessee (B.S., 1999) and then attended law school at Nashville School of Law (J.D., 2005). After passing the Tennessee Bar Exam, he began his law practice in 2005, partnered with his late father, attorney Jimmy A. Duncan. Mr. Duncan’s primary focus is Estate Planning, Estate Representation and Small Business matters. He has compiled experience in the following areas: Representation of estates and litigation associated with estates, conservatorship establishment included complicated litigation involving conservatorships, will drafting, complex estate planning, power of attorney and other legal document drafting, contract drafting / review / litigation, entertainment industry representation and artist representation, general civil litigation, small business representation, collection matters, real estate litigation, Federal multi district litigation and countless other legal issues.
