Jeffrey Miller

Jeffrey Miller received his law license in 1988 and has been practicing law in Cleveland, TN since that time. He served as a Senator in the Tennessee State Legislature for twelve years and continues to serve his community through service in the Kiwanis Club and other volunteer opportunities. After maintaining a general practice for the past twenty-eight years, Jeffrey decided to move towards a practice exclusively dedicated to elder law, and estate planning. His research following his personal experience associated with watching his parents deal with the struggles and expenses of aging led Jeffrey to conclude that there was a vast lack of education available to those who want and need to plan for their future. As a firm believer that individuals cannot make truly informed decisions without being informed, Jeffrey now spends his time teaching and working with families to ensure their estate plans match their specific needs.
