General law practice—trial lawyer—both civil and criminal litigation. My experience in civil litigation includes divorces, adoptions, custody, visitation, child support disputes, juvenile court work, probate, will contest disputes, business and partnership disputes, real estate matters, personal injury cases, guardianships and conservatorships, dependency and neglect cases, termination of parental rights, collections, orders of protection and restraining order issues, unemployment compensation hearings, residential and commercial lease matters, and other general matters. I have also worked on workers compensation cases, medical malpractice cases, an ERISA case, and a case involving constructive trust issues. Also, I handle non-litigated matters such as drafting and reviewing contracts, wills and estates, real estate, small business formation and issues, employment issues, collections, and other general matters.
